Welcome to MastiClips! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MastiClips app ("the App"), a platform where users can upload and share videos for free. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using MastiClips, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
  • If you are found to be under 18, your access to the App will be terminated.

2. User-Generated Content

  1. You are solely responsible for the videos you upload and share on the App.
  2. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
  • Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).
  • Your content does not include prohibited material, including but not limited to:
  1. Pornography or sexually explicit content.
  2. Hate speech, violence, or harassment.
  3. Illegal activities or materials.

Community Guidelines:

Users are expected to follow these guidelines:

  • Respect other users.
  • Avoid uploading content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.
  • Do not share content that violates privacy or encourages illegal behavior.

Moderation and Reporting:

  • The App provides a reporting feature to flag inappropriate content.
  • MastiClips reserves the right to remove, restrict, or modify any content that violates these Terms or community standards without prior notice.

3. Restrictions on Use

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Not misuse the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Not upload malware, spam, or harmful files.
  • Not engage in actions that disrupt the App's functionality or services.
  • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content uploaded by users remains their intellectual property. By uploading content to the App, you grant MastiClips a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, share, or promote your content within the App.
  • MastiClips retains all rights to the platform's name, branding, design, and features.

5. Privacy

  • We collect name and phone number to create and manage your account.
  • The App uses Google AdMob for advertisements, which may collect device and interaction data. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • MastiClips does not collect or store additional personal information.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • MastiClips is a platform for user-generated content. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the videos uploaded by users.
  • MastiClips is not liable for:
  1. Offensive or inappropriate content uploaded by users.
  2. Damages caused by the use of or inability to use the App.
  3. Third-party advertisements displayed through Google AdMob.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

MastiClips reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading prohibited or illegal content.
  • Violating community guidelines.
  • Misusing the App for harmful activities.

8. Amendments to Terms

  • MastiClips may update these Terms periodically.
  • Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the App will be resolved in accordance with the local jurisdiction.
